As an Entrepreneurial Support Organization (ESO) we provide business support services to Tanzanian women and youth entrepreneurs across all sectors so that they can start, scale and sustain their entrepreneurial ventures based on their unique needs to maximize the impact of their investments and support positive social and economic change.

Climate & Energy Transformation

The warming and changing of the climate are leading to more heat waves, increased flooding, more wildfires and more destructive storms. These changes are negatively impacting the environment and public health.We help communities, institutions, and nations transition toward low-carbon, climate-resilient, and sustainable energy systems.

Workforce Development & Employment Promotion

Youth employment remains a major challenge, both at global and national level. We are preparing and supporting young people to successfully enter and thrive in the labour market.
